[ContaminationSearch] Add process to call FastQ-Screen

We decided to use FastQ-Screen to perform the ContaminationSearch analysis, instead of our "internal command lines".
Need to adapt the pipeline in consequence.

• Update FastQ-Screen
• Deals with the configuration file
  • global or local config file ?
  • How to give the path to it ?
• Write module
