CI: timeout of the db service

Some jobs in the CI pipeline just fail because of a timeout during the setting up of the db service (https://forgemia.inra.fr/stacomi/stacomir/-/jobs/257677).

There is nothing we can do (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/issues/30353).

That's may explain #36 (closed)
